This course is basic course to understand HTML.

Excellent Teacher! Loved this course. I have no web developing background yet I was inspired by the teacher deep into the subject. I highly recommend this course to anyone curious about how web pages are created.

A little basic for me. But it was mentioned this was meant for the absolute beginner. Nonetheless, as a developer that never dabbled in HTML, this dipped my curiosity for HTML5. It's a solid start, better than reading about it somewhere in the internet. Definitely use split screen or a separate device to follow along with the coding. Even if it seems too easy.

Great instructor! Course geared toward absolute beginners in web development. She starts you with the very basics.

It was good but little bit too fast, and not obvious, i suppose it would be better it was over 6weeks for HTML5 things only.

Short and sweet !!! I enjoyed learning the importance of semantics, as I am generally used to style the pages using free will. The agenda which the instructor has is very optimistic and I like it ~~~

Nice Course for the beginners. Specially I would like to thank Colleen van Lent Ma'am who is there for each and every obstacle coming in between for HTML5. Great to be a part of this Web Series from University of Michigan.

my teacher is excellent. she is nice heart and true way of thinking. i prayer is always do a nice work. and God listen her prayer. my teacher is excellent way of teaching and good explanation. i understand each lecture and keep her way of logic in my mind. thank you my teacher. my best way always for you.

This is a very good course for a working professionals. I learned a lot from this course. The auto-grader did not work as smoothly.

Good introduction to HTML5 and you will encourage to learn more about the whole stuff :)
