This was the first course I've taken with University of Michigan through Coursera. Leading Teams was very enlightening and refreshing course. The instructors were friendly, articulate and knowledgeable. I love the fact that this course was a self-paced course. As a Project Manager, I ofttimes lead multiple teams and when we covered 9 Types of Roles. Immediately surveyed my team the next day. We have specified roles today, but I was curious to see how the teams self-identified within the 9 Roles. The answers were surprisingly interesting. Great dialogue from the surveys. Thanks! S. DeVine
