It is built in a very clear, and interesting way, which motivates participants not only to follow the lessons and commit to the lessons, but also to actively engage with one another. The second half of the course was more effective than the first half, as was the presenter. In general, watching a lecturer is not useful for online training, instead training materials should be presented while the presenter is perhaps displayed in a small inset. The material was mostly intuitive - some research results were interesting and counter-intuitive. The informal roles section was useful and there was material presented which helped me think about my teams in a new way.
