It has been a wonderful 4 weeks of learning about the various facets of the world of talent management. Attended the HR Summit held in Dubai in 2017 and a lot was discussed by different speakers at the event on Talent Administration. This Course has given me an in-depth understanding of how Talent is managed and how it has become necessary for organisations all over the world to key in and adopt it in their modern recruitment Strategies.
