a little dry. I love hiring as I am a bit of a personal networker. I do realize the need of talent pipelines, but I'd rather you had emphasized the persoanl skills that a recruiter needs to develop. For example - hanging out at spots where your potential employeed congregate. Check out forums (reddit is gold) for seeing what these employees are ranting about. Creating a feedback system to help the rganization review roles based on those grievances. And be a deep student (research level) of people's needs and wants that they express on informal portals, because let's be honest - nobody's going to write all that in the company survey, nomatter how much anonymity it assures.
