The last survey didn't work, so I won't get a certificate

I am not happy because I did not get any certificate

That's really an important and good training course about concussion for everyone,who is an integral part of any sports i.e. from athlete,coaches,professional. I am a Sports Physical Therapist and i must recommend this course.

The final survey does not work

This course can be completed in a single sitting and provides practical recommendations for taking care of athletes from injury to return to athletic activity.

Unfortunately I have not received the certificate.
