This is really the best course that I have found yet for a complete beginner - I am pretty sure that this course can teach the fundamentals of Python programming to someone who just recently learned how to turn on a computer.

It is good starting point for any non-programmer as well as for people like me who are familiar with the programming. Dr. Chuck teaches with an ease that even a novice can understand. the assignments and quizzes are also very helpful.
