Very good course if you want to get into python

Everything seems good until the last week. The assignment was not easy. I got stuck for almost one week. I tried to contact the mentor via the discussion forum. The mentor was not helpful enough. This is a programming course. How do you expect students to pass this course without giving them enough clues?

this class was very helpful to start with python. I would like to see the instructor show windows and mac in the command prompt with examples.

The pace of the learning is perfect and the basics are all covered.
