A great intro to Python! Professor Chuck explains everything in a clear way and makes it enjoyable. I just wish all the assignments had worked exercises because it takes some time getting used to the idea of writing your first bit of code. Nonetheless, this is a great start and I look forward to the second course!

I really enjoyed the course. Dr. Severance is an excellent instructor. I don't have a background in computer science (I'm a marketing, journalism major from 1991) but I did not feel intimidated as I expected. I had to repeat the lecturers over and over again and refer to forums. I'm not sure if I could write code or follow and complete those exercises by myself without help. I look forward to the next course.
