Beautiful course

This is a great course for Beginners. We are taught Python in a very structured and user friendly manner.

I loved the first course so far, it was very easy going! I can't wait to start on the second course! :)

Great for starters!

This was the second Coursera Course I took. Compare to me first one, this one was great. It was much easier to get through. I finished it in about a weekend. Given that, that's what I believe was its drawback for me, also. Now, I will say, what I may have been seeking, or my expectations, I may get in my next Python course. But, I simply felt the level of difficulty or rigor of the entire course could have been increased a step or two. As in, have more HW programs to do, or longer HW programs to do. I do believe Dr. Chuck did a good job. I do believe he held us back a bit, especially in the first couple of weeks. But, he did a great job at preparing us for the HW problems. His instruction was very pertinent to the HW. There were also 1-2 extra videos at the end of each chapter, which was a good break. They weren't "computer instruction" nor problems to do. They were there more for "computer entertainment" but definitely was pertinent to the course. We probably didn't need them, or could have used shorter ones. In short, would I take another course from Dr. Chuck and from his group at Michigan? Most definitely.
