Ratings and Reviews for Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)

I've programmed in other languages and I already knew most of the logic explained in these lessons, however I like the way concepts are taught for people who start programming but aren't familiarised with programming concepts as well as the talks with computing experts. Really like how Dr. Chuck explain things.

It was definitely one of the more challenging Coursera courses I've taken so far. Especially this was the case for using R Studio when doing assignments. For someone who've never learned R before, it threw me off a bit when I had to almost learn R language all by myself (although the course material provides the minimum instructions - still it wasn't easy...). Other than that course materials and videos on statistics part was great and very helpful in getting the basic concepts.

Wonderful course, I really loved the teaching style of The professor. His way was engaging and intriguing, It's a good course to get a solid base to build a python tower.

I would say; I was a non-programmer till I enrolled my self in this course. After completing the exercises; I am now a confidant beginner. Now I can start my journey in Python in my area of specialization which is Open stack and Software Defined Networking.
