Material is sufficiently covered, but the pace of the lecture videos is very quick and uses programming vernacular that is not well defined by the instructor. I might have been lost if I didn't have a competent background in learning programming languages. The exercises and assessments were challenging but just right. When I finished the last coding exercise, which I struggled with quite a bit but knew the whole time that I was very close, I was quite satisfied to have solved it. All of the tools were provided to complete the exercises with a bit of critical thinking, so yes, it is challenging, but realistically so.

For learning python, this is a good start. Just very good teachers, and good learning materials.
