I know that it's a course for very beginners level, but I think that it would be better with more details.

Great course

Dr. Severance should teach more courses!! He is a very good teacher. However, the course was shorter than the subject warranted. This course should have more exercises to build the programming muscle and more quizzes to quickly evaluate and mildly challenge the student.

I really like the way Charles taught the course while relating to real-life applications of even 15-25 lines of code. I wished I had such a lecturer when I was studying in my teenage years. I hope to continue learning more from his next courses.
