<co-content><text>Dear Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding an issue that is preventing me from completing my fourth certification of the Python for Everybody course.
Although I have successfully completed all the assignments and course requirements, my course progress is still stuck at the "Databases and Visualization" peer-graded assignment.
As shown in the attached screenshots:
The course page shows that the peer-graded assignment is still pending.
When I click Resume, it redirects me to the graded app item.
On the assignment page, it clearly shows that I have already submitted the assignment and received a 70% score (Overall Score: 4).
However, there is no option to resubmit, retry, or complete the assignment, and the course progress is not updating.
Because of this issue, I am unable to complete the course and receive my certification.
I have already reported this issue to the Coursera Customer Support team, but I have not yet received a resolution. I also tried contacting my Manipal in-house mentor, but unfortunately, I could not connect.
Since this certification is required for my academic submission, I kindly request you to look into this issue on priority and help resolve it as soon as possible.
I have attached all the relevant screenshots for your reference.
I would be grateful for your prompt support.
Thanks,
