Our bodies can do amazing things, all without us realizing. Breathing can feel automatic; knowing that we need to cool down on a warm summer day is second nature. In Anatomy, you will explore the human body using a systems approach, where we’ll break down each system, from how your bones and muscles help you to move, to how your lungs push and pull air into your body to supply your blood vessels with oxygen.
Each course includes a vast library of multimedia materials, so you can explore the features of each organ in relation to the human body’s form and function. Created by expert faculty at the University of Michigan and Michigan Medicine, this specialization breaks down the major systems for anyone interested in understanding just how our bodies work.

As a medical student, this course helped me both revise the material that I've previously taken as well as study what I have coming next this year to prepare myself for my IFOM exam.

The online lectures were very helpful and well elaborated, the quizzes were very organized, high quality cadaveric images were used, and these made the content very easy to understand.
